History

Cypress Environmental Holdings, LLC (“CEH”) formed Cypress Pipeline and Process Services, LLC (“CPPS”) in 2018 with the goal of expanding and enhancing the breadth of pipeline inspection and integrity services offered to its clients and subsequently completed two acquisitions. CEH is the general partner of Cypress Environmental Partners, L.P. (“CELP”), a NYSE publicly traded master limited partnership that provides:

  • Pipeline Inspection Services – essential inspection and integrity services on a variety of infrastructure assets including midstream pipelines, gathering systems, and distribution systems. Services include non-destructive examination, mechanical integrity, inline support, PIG tracking, survey, data gathering and supervision of third-party contractors. This segment comprises the operations and 15-year history of Tulsa Inspection Resources and its affiliates;
  • Pipeline & Process Services – essential midstream services including hydrostatic testing and chemical cleaning to energy companies and pipeline construction companies of newly-constructed and existing pipelines and related infrastructure. This segment comprises CELP’s controlling investment in Cypress Brown Integrity, LLC; and
  • Water Services – saltwater disposal and other water and environmental services to oil and natural gas upstream producers and their vendors, with facilities located in the Williston Basin region of North Dakota.

Across all services, CELP works closely with its customers to help them comply with increasingly complex and strict environmental and safety rules and regulations, assisting in maintaining the integrity of their assets and reducing their operating costs. CPPS has a code of conduct and operates ethically, honestly, and with integrity in the same way our clients operate.

Greene’s Energy Group

CEH completed the acquisition of the assets and hired the employees of the Water Treatment, Testing Services and Rentals divisions of Greene’s Energy Group, LLC in August 2018. These lines of business have served the Gulf of Mexico and Gulf Coast regional states for over 60 years and will continue to do so as CPPS with the following subsidiaries:

  • Cypress Pipeline Services, LLC
  • Cypress Process Services, LLC
  • Cypress Fluid Technologies, LLC
  • Cypress Cherokee Services, LLC

These businesses, operated in concert as part of CPPS with existing affiliate Cypress Brown Integrity, offer a solid foundation for the establishment of a new formidable competitor in the North American Pipeline and Process Services marketplace.

Electromechanical Technologies, Inc.

CEH completed the acquisition of the assets and hired the employees of Electromechanical Technologies, Inc. (“ETI”) on October 1, 2018.
