Cypress Pipeline and Process Services, LLC (“CPPS”) recognizes Quality as a defining requirement to service the needs and requirements of our customers. Therefore, CPPS policy is to provide a level of service that fully meets the expectations of our clients and is compliant with relevant and applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

This policy is implemented throughout CPPS by:

  • Maintaining a Quality Management System (QMS) that meets the requirements of the ISO 9001 and API Specification Q2 standards as demanded by our API Quality Management System Certifications
  • Re-emphasizing the requirement that Our Safety Standards are never compromised
  • Continuously improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the QMS
  • Continuously enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of CPPS processes by meeting the needs and expectations of all stakeholders
  • The provision of resources to achieve the quality objectives
  • Enabling and encouraging CPPS personnel to meet the quality objectives “first time every time” and to be the “best of the best”
  • Fully understanding our customers’ requirements
  • Continuously developing and monitoring through a structured training program the expertise, professionalism, and integrity of our employees

Specific to this policy, quality objectives are set as required at relevant functions and levels within the CPPS organization. Through the positive enactment of the values inherent to CPPS and through teamwork, cooperation and diligence our employees will at all times endeavor to achieve the quality objectives.

These objectives will be measured quarterly and will be reflected in the CPPS Quality Index as a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for attainment of our strategic objective to be the “best of the best”.

A fundamental tenet of CPPS management is to implement and actively review the Quality Management System and to foster and encourage a culture of true continuous improvement.
